Re-enactment Units:

33rd Regiment:

“The 33rd Foot is modelled on a standard battalion company of a line regiment of infantry during the period 1812–1816.  We are not guards, highlanders, rifles, grenadiers or light infantry (and definitely not French!). We don’t pretend to have any special skills or to be a unique unit.  Instead we represent an ordinary company of red-coated line infantry. Emphasis is placed on the life of the ordinary rank and file – the private soldier – that made up the backbone of the army.”

2/95th Rifles:

“Living History Group based in the UK, representing as authentically as possible the 2nd Battalion, 95th Rifles during the Napoleonic Wars.”

Coldstream Guards 1815:

“We are a Military and Living History Society representing the Coldstream Regiment of Foot Guards as they would have appeared during the Napoleonic wars. If you have an interest in the history of this period and would like to know more please get in touch or find us on social media.”

76eme Regiment D’Ligne:

“Based in the UK, we are a Napoleonic Re-enactment group portraying the French 76e Regiment d’Infanterie de Ligne as would have been over the period of 1809 to 1812. We are a welcoming group who re-enact both camp life and battles.”
